Earlier this year, we reported that rapper Kanye West had put his Malibu oceanfront home back on the market after just two years, having ripped everything (even windows) out and reduced it to bare concrete walls.
Sadly, it seems that buyers don’t love West’s ‘renovations’ to the house, despite its having been designed by architect-to-the-stars Tadao Ando, and so he has had to drop the asking price even further to $39 million, almost half what he paid for it in 2021.
