Australian households have been spending up to make their homes more liveable over the past two years, new data shows.
Figures released this week by the Australian Bureau of Statistics show that household spending increased by 7.7% in February 2022, compared with February 2021. Furnishings and household equipment (up 12.2%) showed the strongest rise compared to pre-pandemic levels.
It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients.
