Standing at the window of the local real estate agency with his grandfather, a young Adam Nobel looked in awe at the incredible properties for sale. His dream was to own as many as he could. His love for property grew as he poured over the Home Beautiful magazines his mum left on the coffee table, filling folio books with clippings, designing the perfect homes, and attending property investment seminars.

Graduating from Griffith University with a degree in international business, and QUT with a Master’s degree majoring in consumer psychology and advertising, Adam immersed himself in learning how to present products that appealed to people’s emotions. Travelling the world, creating impactful brands, he invested in his own property investment portfolio as he honed his skills in the advertising world.

After selling his thriving advertising agency, Adam was determined to make his childhood dream of working in the real estate industry come true. Opening the daily paper to the real estate section, he scoured the pages, eager to transition his love for property into a career in real estate. The number one real estate agent in Brisbane stood out … so he approached her and successfully pitched for a job. Coupled with his skills in advertising and understanding the consumer mind, Adam thrived as part of the team, twice winning a Best Agency REIA Award and continuously smashing sales records.

Yet, he felt something was missing. Looking around the industry, he saw a space for an independent agency steeped in values, client centric service, and a desire to make clients more profitable. In 2018, he opened Hugo Alexander Property Group, his hat tip to one of his highest values – family, naming the agency after his two boys.

Trent ensures that our clients are cared for throughout every step of their property journey. Adam and he take an active role in ensuring maximum client satisfaction across our Sales & Property Management divisions. Trent comes from a military background and brings a loyal, hardworking, and systematic approach to serving our clients. Trent is extremely solutions-oriented and both tenants and landlords often comment about his enthusiastic and calm nature when effortlessly solving challenges. In his free time, Trent is on the hunt to find Brisbane’s best burger and live music venues.

Junaid Bhagat

After completing his Bachelor in Commerce and Graduate Diploma in Information Technology, Junaid joined National Australia Bank. At NAB Junaid held a position as business banking manager in the NAB Health division, and looked after a portfolio of high net worth clients. Junaid helped his clients maximise their wealth by fulfilling and satisfying their financial needs and aspirations through banking, just like he does through real estate now. 

During his work in finance and as a fully licensed real estate agent, Junaid developed strong client service, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 

Junaid has a strong focus on fulfilling the property needs of his clients at Hugo Alexander Property Group, and works closely with his property manager and buyer’s agent team mates to provide an integrated full service experience.
