Ever felt that real estate prices are a little crazy? We have to feel for UK buyers looking for their dream beach hut this season, following reports that prices for the coveted spaces have risen by more than £10,000 over the past year – a jump of 28%.
According to listing site Rightmove, the average price for a colourful shed no bigger than 3.5m x 2.5m (but with great views) is now £50,336, or AU$88,804.
