Originally designed in 1986 by the country music singer Elvis L. Carden, the 5-br house was not only his home, it was also his muse: one of his albums is named ‘Living in an Old Guitar’. After last selling in 2012 for US$55,000, the recently-renovated house is now going for a song at $789,000.
