Live in a pool? Cool

Could you live in an apartment that used to be an indoor swimming pool?

A 94-year old YMCA building in Cincinatti has now been converted into apartments, but two of them have retained unique features attracting attention – one was originally a basketball court, while the other is unashamedly a swimming pool, complete with tiled walls, railings and steps surrounding a carpeted area.

It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress. Moving on to mid 2018 , I decided to sell my 20 yo Townhouse in Highgate Hill ,Brisbane.
