Wattle’s out, it must be Spring!

It’s bright, optimistic and abundant: what better way to usher in Spring than celebrating wattle this Sunday?

From being used by Australia’s traditional inhabitants to make boomerangs, then as ‘wattle and daub’ building material for our early colonialists, the wattle tree (or Acacia) has been part of this country’s landscape and life forever. So whatever else you’re doing this weekend, take a few moments to appreciate one of our uniquely national emblems.

It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I find many property managers are inexperienced and are just doing their time as a property manager. Cavell Cooper is fantastic and I have followed him to his new agency. I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress. Moving on to mid 2018 , I decided to sell my 20 yo Townhouse in Highgate Hill ,Brisbane. Adam and his team have been a breath of fresh air to deal with. I’ve been blown away by his knowledge and unique processes when it comes to selling houses.
