When cleaning windows, mix a solution of two tablespoons of methylated spirits in a small bucket of water. Wipe surfaces with a damp, soft cloth, using horizontal strokes on one side and vertical on the other, so any streaks will show which side they are on.
Finish by buffing with crumpled newspaper.
