This year (2014) has been an amazing year for my clients and The Adam Nobel Team. Together we achieved some of the following: highest volume of sales, highest number of price records, shortest average time on market, highest average sale price, and were the market share leader in the area for nearly every week of this year. None of this would be possible without the support of my family and team or without the trust of my clients. I really wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you and to wish you a very Happy Christmas and a beautiful and prosperous 2015.
As a way of showing my appreciation for the faith people have put in me, I was hoping to try and restore some faith those in our local community who are less fortunate.
I made a Christmas donation of $2,000, to local charity Micah Projects, as a gift from my clients and myself. This gift will go to:
- Families and individuals experiencing and effected by homelessness and those accessing supportive housing services to help keep them in their homes
- Women, families and children living in emergency accommodation, often after leaving their homes in traumatic circumstances without the opportunity to take anything with them
- People accessing mental health and disability services, who experience economic disadvantage and social isolation on a daily basis
This contribution will equate to 16 large family hampers which will provide enough food for each family for a week. These Christmas hampers are packed in a large laundry basket and are jammed full. There is a variety of special Christmas treats, pantry and fresh food items included in each hamper along with a large box of fresh fruit.
Again I thank you for your custom and for being a part of our compassionate gift. I have written a short Christmas message on our behalf to those that will receive a hamper.
