As the weather heats up, you might be considering buying a new fan to aid in cooling the house. But beware, there are quite a few ‘shonky’ models on the market.
Consumer advocacy group Choice recently named ‘knock-off bladeless fans’ as one of Australia’s shonkiest products of 2021, and warned us to do our research.
“Don’t feel like you need to get the latest features or designs – a classic bladed fan can be more effective and much cheaper”, Choice says.
