Architecture awards shortlist

The shortlist for this year’s National Architecture Awards has been announced by the Australian Institute of Architects.

Featuring 63 outstanding projects from every state and territory, including two international entries, the awards showcase the most innovative and outstanding architecture Australia has to offer. The jury will tour the shortlisted projects across Australia, with the winners to be revealed on 7 November. Image: Birchgrove House, Carter William Architects

It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I find many property managers are inexperienced and are just doing their time as a property manager. Cavell Cooper is fantastic and I have followed him to his new agency. I would highly recommend Cavell Cooper as he shows attention to detail, is very thorough and is really good at what he does.

I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress. Moving on to mid 2018 , I decided to sell my 20 yo Townhouse in Highgate Hill ,Brisbane. There was no hesitation to enlist Adam's help ;aided by his associate Trent.I felt part of a team and confident Adam his team and company would act professionally for all stakeholders.An Auction Marketing plan of just 3 and half weeks brought very sound results .My buyer's and their legal representation were assisted before and post the Sale. Adam and his team have been a breath of fresh air to deal with. I’ve been blown away by his knowledge and unique processes when it comes to selling houses.
