Aussie cities best at Wordle

Have you fallen for the world’s new favourite game, Wordle? Turns out, Australians are among its greatest fans.

According to data published this week by Word Tips, the number one Wordle city on the planet – that is, where players need the least number of guesses – is Canberra, with an average of 3.58 guesses per word. Perth and Melbourne were the equal next highest-ranking Wordle cities at 3.70 guesses, with Adelaide a respectable 8th globally on 3.71.

It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I find many property managers are inexperienced and are just doing their time as a property manager. Cavell Cooper is fantastic and I have followed him to his new agency. I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress. Moving on to mid 2018 , I decided to sell my 20 yo Townhouse in Highgate Hill ,Brisbane.
