After three weeks of successive competition, the River Red Gum has been named the winner. It was followed closely by the Snow Gum and the Ghost Gum, with the magnificent Moreton Bay Fig settling for fourth place in our hearts.
It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I find many property managers are inexperienced and are just doing their time as a property manager. Cavell Cooper is fantastic and I have followed him to his new agency.
