Australia’s liveable cities

Melbourne has again pipped Sydney as one of the world’s top ten best cities to live in.

With an overall rating of 97, Victoria’s capital ranked 4th on the Economist Intelligence Unit’s Global Liveability Index for 2024. Despite receiving an index of 96.6, Sydney fell to 7th place this year.

Vienna again claimed top spot, followed by Copenhagen and Zurich. Three other Australian cities made it into the top 20, with Adelaide ranking 11th, Perth 15th and Brisbane 16th. The Index evaluates cities around the globe on healthcare, culture, infrastructure, stability, education and environment.

It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I find many property managers are inexperienced and are just doing their time as a property manager. Cavell Cooper is fantastic and I have followed him to his new agency. I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress. Moving on to mid 2018 , I decided to sell my 20 yo Townhouse in Highgate Hill ,Brisbane. There was no hesitation to enlist Adam's help ;aided by his associate Trent.I felt part of a team and confident Adam his team and company would act professionally for all stakeholders.An Auction Marketing plan of just 3 and half weeks brought very sound results .My buyer's and their legal representation were assisted before and post the Sale. Adam and his team have been a breath of fresh air to deal with. I’ve been blown away by his knowledge and unique processes when it comes to selling houses.
