Blue-banded bee rules

The super-cute native blue-banded bee has this week been named 2024 ABC Australian Insect of the Year.

A total of 13,593 people voted in the inaugural ABC poll, with just over 50.1% (6,815 votes) choosing the blue-banded bee (Amegilla cingulata) from a field of six insect finalists, followed by the common hoverfly (Melangyna viridiceps), the Bogong moth and the golden stag beetle. It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I find many property managers are inexperienced and are just doing their time as a property manager. Cavell Cooper is fantastic and I have followed him to his new agency. I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress. Moving on to mid 2018 , I decided to sell my 20 yo Townhouse in Highgate Hill ,Brisbane.
