The Reserve Bank of Australia has once again lifted the official cash rate this week, taking it to 2.6%, the highest level in nine years.
While the move was widely expected, the amount of increase (0.25 of a percentage point) surprised some commentators who had been predicting double that; it is the first time since May that rates have risen by less than 0.5%.
It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients.
