Colour of the Year 2024

For the dedicated follower of fashion, Pantone has decided that its Colour of the Year 2024 is 13-1023 Peach Fuzz – a ‘velvety gentle peach tone whose all-embracing spirit enriches mind, body, and soul’.

Announcing the decision, Pantone Colour Institute Executive Director Lee Eiseman said that in seeking a hue that echoed ‘our innate yearning for closeness and connection, we chose a colour radiant with warmth and modern elegance’.

“A shade that resonates with compassion, offers a tactile embrace, and effortlessly bridges the youthful with the timeless”, she added.

It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I find many property managers are inexperienced and are just doing their time as a property manager. Cavell Cooper is fantastic and I have followed him to his new agency. I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress. Moving on to mid 2018 , I decided to sell my 20 yo Townhouse in Highgate Hill ,Brisbane.
