Walking down the streets of Melbourne with his grandfather, a young Adam Nobel would get side-tracked by the big glass windows of the local real estate agency, with its photos of all the houses for sale. He would look in awe at the incredible properties for sale. In his head, he promised himself that one day, he would own as many properties as possible. His love for property grew as he poured over the Home Beautiful magazines his mum left on the coffee table, filling folio books with clippings, designing the perfect home, and attending property investment seminars to devour all he could about how to make property. His dream never left him.

Graduating from Griffith University with a degree in International Business, and from QUT with a Master’s degree in Consumer Psychology and Advertising, Adam’s career trajectory saw him immersed in learning how to present products that appealed to people’s emotions. Traveling the world, creating impactful brands, he was able to invest in his own property investment portfolio, realising his dream as he honed his skills in the advertising world.

After selling his thriving advertising agency, Adam knew his next venture had to be in the real estate industry.

In 2007, he began working with some of Australia’s leading property groups, including Australia’s biggest property developer, Stockland. After being named the number one salesperson in Australia for the world’s largest real estate franchise, he knew that if he wanted to fulfill his dream, he needed to create his own agency.
He saw a space for an independent agency steeped in values, client-centric service, and a desire to make clients more profitable. In 2018, Adam opened Hugo Alexander Property Group, his hat tip to one of his highest values – family, naming the agency after his two boys
