US news sources report that the world’s third-richest person paid US$125m for the seven-bedroom, 14-bathroom home on Florida’s exclusive ‘Billionaire Bunker’ island last Thursday, just two months after buying the home next door. Picture: Realtor.com

It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress. Moving on to mid 2018 , I decided to sell my 20 yo Townhouse in Highgate Hill ,Brisbane.
