Hot cross buns are traditionally for Good Friday, and should now disappear from supermarket shelves for another year. But you could have your bun forever with the Loafa – a bread roll sofa proposed to IKEA by Estonian rapper Tommy Cash.
Designed by Canadian artist Gab Bois, the sofa received over 13,000 comments on Instagram after IKEA said they’d look at adding it to their range if it reached 10,000. That still might not happen though, as the company reportedly thinks it’s a bit of a ‘puff piece’.
