Good news on interest rates

Borrowers have had a happy start to 2024, with the Reserve Bank (RBA) opting once again this week to leave the official cash rate unchanged at 4.3%.

In another piece of good news for borrowers, the RBA board will no longer decide on monetary policy each month, but instead will meet just eight times each year. This means there will be no change to interest rates in April, July, and October this year.

It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I find many property managers are inexperienced and are just doing their time as a property manager. Cavell Cooper is fantastic and I have followed him to his new agency. I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress. Moving on to mid 2018 , I decided to sell my 20 yo Townhouse in Highgate Hill ,Brisbane.
