Grandparents impact housing choices

One in two young families in the UK feel they have to live near their children’s grandparents in order to get help with childcare, listing site Zoopla revealed this week.

A recent survey shows that half the respondents live less than five miles from a grandparent and seven in ten live within a 30-minute trip. The parents believe they would need to increase their personal incomes by an average of £8,055 (AU$15,300) a year in order to be able to forgo free childcare and live somewhere else.

It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress. Moving on to mid 2018 , I decided to sell my 20 yo Townhouse in Highgate Hill ,Brisbane.
