Great idea turns to dust

Just because we have an idea doesn’t necessarily mean it’s a good one, and this is evident on a grand scale at a residential development in Turkey.

Who wouldn’t want to live in a Disney-style palace near the Black Sea? Almost no-one now, unfortunately for the developers of Burj Al Babas, with its 587 half-finished mini castles. It nearly worked, though, with several hundred reportedly bought off-the-plan before the builder went bust in the midst of Turkey’s economic downturn, leaving a ghost town in its place.

Hugo Alexander have been my property manager and I have been extremely happy with their service. I recently sold one of my QLD properties and Adam and Trent worked hard to prepare our house for sale and 12 days on the market sold for higher than we expected. Adam and Trent were fantastic to work with, they were positive, energetic and most importantly honest. They communicated with me throughout the whole preparation and selling process and we couldn't be happier with the results. If you are not happy with your property management or want to sell your house- definitely give these guys a call!!!!!!

It's early days yet, but so far my experience with the Hugo Alexander Property Group has been extremely positive. The gentleman processing my application (sorry I didn't catch his name) was friendly and respectful and answered my questions about the new rental laws with candour. Just easy to talk things over and aid in my decision, and my application was approved within the hour.When picking up the keys and signing the lease, my property manager Leisa went over each point thoroughly and took the time to explain my rights to me. I really felt she was in my corner, which is refreshing in such a "seller's" market. She also actioned my first request within minutes.Probably the best Brisbane real estate agent I've dealt with.

my family and I have rented with Hugo Alexander property group for 1 year now, our first rental being in Australia as we moved from NZ. We are first time renters and a one income household, I went to a house viewing and Ali said he believes in everyone getting a chance.Our property manager now is Cathy Elias and she is amazing. Her communication and delivery is prompt and respectful. She always communicates and she’s always available to chat with us. Such a beautiful person and a beautiful property group. It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I find many property managers are inexperienced and are just doing their time as a property manager. Cavell Cooper is fantastic and I have followed him to his new agency. I would highly recommend Cavell Cooper as he shows attention to detail, is very thorough and is really good at what he does.

I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress. Moving on to mid 2018 , I decided to sell my 20 yo Townhouse in Highgate Hill ,Brisbane. Adam and his team have been a breath of fresh air to deal with. I’ve been blown away by his knowledge and unique processes when it comes to selling houses.
