Home’s in the eye of the beholder

The UK woman who turned her home into a life-sized gingerbread house for Christmas has now swapped it out for a giant Easter chocolate fest – complete with chocolate bricks, daffodils, a picket fence and Easter bunny.

Making use of recycled materials wherever possible, including off-cuts from previous projects to save on cost, the young mum says her 3-year old son and all the neighbours love the display but her 13-year old ‘doesn’t like what I do to the house’.

It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I find many property managers are inexperienced and are just doing their time as a property manager. Cavell Cooper is fantastic and I have followed him to his new agency. I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress. Moving on to mid 2018 , I decided to sell my 20 yo Townhouse in Highgate Hill ,Brisbane.
