Is this the future of housing developments? An entire street of homes in Austin, Texas, has been built over seven days using 3D printing technology.
The architect-designed homes range in size and style, and were completed in March 2021.
The 3D printing technology is not only swift, but ‘provides safer, more resilient homes that are designed to withstand fire, flood, wind, and other natural disasters better than conventionally-built homes’, the construction company ICON said in a statement.
