‘Succession’ penthouse for sale

‘Succession’ might be coming to a conclusion, but disconsolate fans could live the dream forever with the announcement this week that Kendall Roy’s glass and brass home has just been listed for sale at US$29 million.

Overlooking New York’s Central Park, the three-level penthouse sits at the top of the tallest tower north of 72nd Street – fitting perhaps for the fictional mega-wealthy patriarch who so thoroughly dominated his children’s lives.

It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I find many property managers are inexperienced and are just doing their time as a property manager. Cavell Cooper is fantastic and I have followed him to his new agency. I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress.
