Sydney mansion hits expensive list

A harbourside mansion in Sydney has been named in a list of the seven most expensive houses in the world.

With an estimated value of £104m (AU$202m), the Point Piper house offers just four bedrooms but 2,676sqm of land, 98m of harbour frontage, and an underground car park that can hold 20 vehicles – putting it in a list with homes in London, France and Hong Kong. Image: Forbes Global Properties

It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress.
