Symbiotic housing

UK department store John Lewis has received planning approval to create 353 rental homes on its Waitrose supermarket site in Bromley, London.

The build-to-rent homes will be built above the existing supermarket and include one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, some of which will be affordable homes, with priority to be given to people already living and working in Bromley.

It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress. Moving on to mid 2018 , I decided to sell my 20 yo Townhouse in Highgate Hill ,Brisbane.
