I wish I had known about Hugo Alexander earlier. They fixed all the issues that the previous property manager left behind and performed a complete 180. The team are exceptional at everything they do, very polite and communicative. I highly recommend them for all property needs!

It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I find many property managers are inexperienced and are just doing their time as a property manager. Cavell Cooper is fantastic and I have followed him to his new agency. I would highly recommend Cavell Cooper as he shows attention to detail, is very thorough and is really good at what he does.

I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress. Moving on to mid 2018 , I decided to sell my 20 yo Townhouse in Highgate Hill ,Brisbane. There was no hesitation to enlist Adam's help ;aided by his associate Trent.I felt part of a team and confident Adam his team and company would act professionally for all stakeholders.An Auction Marketing plan of just 3 and half weeks brought very sound results .My buyer's and their legal representation were assisted before and post the Sale.
