Adam sold our house for us this year. Not only did he sell it quickly for a very reasonable price but he organised and oversaw some necessary repairs while we were overseas and unable to do so ourselves. At all times, he kept us up to date with exactly what was happening and acted professionally throughout the whole transaction period.

It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I find many property managers are inexperienced and are just doing their time as a property manager. Cavell Cooper is fantastic and I have followed him to his new agency. I would highly recommend Cavell Cooper as he shows attention to detail, is very thorough and is really good at what he does.

I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress. Moving on to mid 2018 , I decided to sell my 20 yo Townhouse in Highgate Hill ,Brisbane.
