Following the news last week that inflation has just reached yet another peak, economists now believe that it is not likely to go any higher.
In an update this week, CommSec economists are predicting that inflation is expected to return to the 2-3% target band by the March quarter 2024. If true, it should then follow that we might expect interest rates to start falling again?
It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients.
