It is very difficult to find a property manager who actually cares about his rental properties under his management and the wellbeing of his clients. I find many property managers are inexperienced and are just doing their time as a property manager. Cavell Cooper is fantastic and I have followed him to his new agency. I would highly recommend Cavell Cooper as he shows attention to detail, is very thorough and is really good at what he does.

I , as a would be vendor some day ,meet Adam some 2 years ago .He did an Appraisal .He provided ideas how to complete the renovations and redecorating that was in progress. Moving on to mid 2018 , I decided to sell my 20 yo Townhouse in Highgate Hill ,Brisbane. Adam and his team have been a breath of fresh air to deal with. I’ve been blown away by his knowledge and unique processes when it comes to selling houses.
